"INDIAN" LARRY DESMEDT April 29 1949 - August 30 2004

I could talk all day about Indian Larry. He had such a huge impact on me it is almost unreal. Probably the whole reason I started EAST COAST MACHINE in the first place. I didn't know him on a personal level but, I was fortunate enough to meet him once and thank him for inspiring me. He was building over the top custom bikes way before all the T.V. nonsense that a lot of people never realized.  I often wonder what he would have built next.  He will be missed.   R.I.P

Pegs.

Anyone who follows this blog knows, it not updated much... The truth is we been super busy this summer. At ECM there are two bikes being built, parts being made and orders being shipped. Things should be more under control by mid September. We have new shirts in stock, (which will be online shortly) and a couple new parts were working on. Thanks for the love...

Any hoot, speaking of parts. I got some emails about my pegs on my old bike. I made a new set for the Pan & thought they came out pretty good to post. sorry for the crappy iPhone pics.

LOVE CYCLES FILL PLUG

I made up this fill plug as a gift for Jeremiah of Love Cycles. He was building his personal ride at the time and I thought it would be perfect.

CICERO DEGUZMAN JR

Cicero of GODSPEED was in Philly a couple weeks back, checking out some local builders and small motorcycle shops. He was kind enough to stop by EASTCOASTMACHINE to see what I was up to.
Cicero is putting together a couple sweet choppers himself . The one in front is his Genny shovel in a Motorshop frame and the other, a cone shovel swing arm chop. Very nice! Check them out!
